Disneyland Munich: An Introduction

Welcome to a new resort in mainland Europe! Near Munich, Germany, is a two-park Disney resort that is made with beauty, magic, and imagination. While honoring the culture of Europe, this park continues with its authentic Disney roots and creates a new experience for guests.

Of course, with Germany being so close to France and Disneyland Paris being located in that country, this wouldn't exist in real life. I was thinking that this could've been an alternate reality where Euro Disneyland (the original name for a European Disney resort) was built in Germany.

As seen in this map, the resort has two theme parks. The first one is Disneyland Munich, which is a castle park. The second one is called Disney's Global Adventure and is a park themed to world travel. Between those parks is Disneyberg, which is similar to Downtown Disney/Disney Springs. There are also five hotels: the Disneyland Hotel (deluxe value), The Bavarian Resort, the Alpine Resort (both moderate value), the Hollywood resort, and the music resort (both family value.) Separating the four hotels is a large lake called Lake Willie, named after Steamboat Willie, the debut cartoon of Mickey Mouse.

Each park and what it has to offer will be gone over in later posts.
